Here comes the day, the day of a real ‘’Star’’,
The proud owner of a Schumacher gifted Ferrari car,
A real champion for whom, age is no bar,
The best cricketer the world has seen so far..
He is none other than our own ‘’SIR SACHIN RAMESH TENDULKAR’’.
For batting he has a very simple norm,
Smash the best bowlers regardless of their form,
He can bat anytime from dusk till dawn..
The icing on the cake would be a windy “Desert Storm”.
Ahead of the world he runs a bit faster,
For any opposition bowler he can be an absolute disaster,
Kasprowicz, Olonga no body was a long laster,
That’s the power of our own “Little Master Blaster”..
This little Bharat Ratna is extremely rare,
All you bowlers don’t dare to sledge and stare,
Ask ‘Warne’, this little wonder is a specialist in giving a “Nightmare”.
Mr. Ponting don’t try to catch him, take a little bit care,
Else you will definitely find your future, batting on a wheel chair!
His innings are life long,
Throughout these innings he sings his song..
Nature and opposition come second best when he is in form,
Technique and poise his forte, with him since he was born,
No wonder he is the one closest to “Sir Don”.
When things went wrong, he had a huge blow

Batting through the pain making sure that the runs did flow

On his shoulder the whole country’s expectation he carries
His memories we will always cherish………………

Analyze your last 20 years and you will understand the importance ‘Sach’ in our lives..
