Alessandro Del Piero scored his 179th Serie A goal as he helped Juventus to a 2-1 win over AC Milan at the San Siro. The goal allowed the 35-year-old to overtake 1950s great Giampiero Boniperti in Juve's record goalscorers.
Roma skipper Francesco Totti was involved in a heated dispute with security guards after being controversially sent off for clashing with Lecce's Ruben Olivera, who was also sent off. The incident clouded Roma's 2-0 win over Lecce.
