iSporter's celebrate the Hockey World Cup 2010 together! Come join our celebrations and start by wishing the Indian Hockey Team 'All the Best'.

Hockey being India's national sport has rarely received the recognition, support and wishes that it deserves. All that the current hockey fans have to rejoice are the performances of the Indian team way back in the 1930s!!

Dhyanchand and his team's heroics are rarely discussed these days, what is left off Indian hockey are the controversies and political conflicts. The game has been dogged by enough anti-sporting incidents in the near past than ever before. Some do believe that this could just be Indian Hockey's lowest low ever! Unfortunate that Hockey's only top of the mind recall is the Bollywood flick, Chak De!

However, with the much debated controversy behind us and with the much awaited World Cup ahead of us, we at iSport only believe in looking forward. Always enthusiastic about India's performances in sport, we have launched a 'Wish the Indian Hockey Team Campaign' on iSport. The objective is to create excitement for the World Cup and wish our players 'All the Best' in their preparation and participation.

Chak De, India!

Community following is what our National sport needs and that is what iSport is keen to offer. Would you be keen to join the iSport team for the LIVE telecast of India’s first match of the Hockey World Cup? The icing on the cake is the opening match of the World Cup where hosts India take on arch rivals Pakistan.

Date: 28th February 2010
Venue: T.B.D. (City will be Mumbai!!)
