Wheelieboy Racing's ace rider Jagjit Singh bagged yet another trophy in round 2 of the Gulf Dirt Track Cup 2009. The second round of the season was held at the impeccably organised NTR Stadium at Hyderabad from the 7th to the 8th of November. The track was especially tricky, with serpentine bends and a slushy surface making things really tough for the competitors. Crowds cheered on as the event showcased some of the fastest bits of action so far in this season.
Jagjit, astride his well prepared Yamaha RX135, emerged triumphant in two races each of the Private Expert classes for Indian motorcycles upto 260cc. The pressure was on, as the riders were well warmed up into the heat of the season, and with the points battle on in full swing Jagjit had to strike while the iron was hot. And strike he did, battling it out against all odds. After a gruelling fight, he settled for 3rd position overall. He was the sole winning rider from Mumbai. Jagjit has proved time and again, the fact that his efficiency and zeal to push himself beyond the limit really make him worthy of the 'Ace' tag in the WheelieBoy Racing stable.
